Not with RH, but with Madrake and Debian 2.2. It would be good if you
give a short description of your error (or find me in
irc.midgard-project.org:#midgard)

The Midgard PHP Module is the only thing you have to recompile. The other
Packages are independant from PHP. You _might_ get some trouble with
Asgard though, if you're upgrading von PHP3 to PHP4 if you have an older
Installation of Asgard.
