hmmm.... I wonder if I could install 1.4 and then put old midgard data
into database but not with mysql. But do not know what are dependencies 
among database id.
now I though about old joke:
- quit smoking? no problem! I did it 25 times!
and new version:
upgrade midgard to 1.4? no problem! I did it....... ;))))))
Anyway I do not know how many people upgraded from 1.2.5 to 1.4
but reading posts I see it is not only my problem.

But , as I said few times "more You use Midgard , more You love it" :)
