Hi There,
I am not having much luck getting midgard-php4-1.4.1-7 to compile.
Firstly it couldn't find yacc, I had bison installed. I re-installed
bison but no change then I found out that bison was supposed to be
compatible with yacc so I made a link from yacc to bison in /usr/bin.
Now I get the following error running mkall...
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/src/midgard-php4-1.4.1-7'
yacc -d -v -p mgd preparser-parser.y && mv y.tab.c preparser-parser.c
preparser-parser.y contains 6 shift/reduce conflicts.
mv: y.tab.c: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [preparser-parser.c] Error 1
Perhaps getting this to run isn't as simple as switching yacc for bison?
This whole install is a slow, painful experience. Are the binaries
comming out soon? Are they statically linked? Even if it means it's
100MB+ I would rather install that than go through all this.
Regards,
Simon B.
