That person will have to use username+theirsitegroupname for the login 
name. If you want people to enable to log into Asgard without using 
their sitegroupname, and you don't mind some setup work, assuming:

A is the rootpage for Asgard in SG0
www.ClientSite.com is the virtualserver for your client,
S is the sitegroup that the Midgard sites for ClientSite are in,

Adding a host record in sitegroup S with rootpage A (and probably a 
prefix "/asgard") will allow the client to log into 'their' Asgard, 
without the need for sitegroupname in their login. The only downside is 
that you'll have to create such a host record for each client. They'll 
still be able to use Asgard under SG0 (with the sitegroup postfix).
