Backup is preferred, as usual. But what '-m' does is goes through all
tables and checks whether corresponding GUID exists for each resource.
If not, new one will be created, respecting resource's sitegroup.
Additional '-r' option changes this behaviour slightly for existing GUIDs.
They get new timestamps (current time) in 'changed' field.
