Greetings!

The user community discussion seems to have quieted down, with the
localized mailing lists in place. (BTW, can I get a listing of them?)

Having web sites is a very important aspect of a user group. Currently
the concensus seems to be to wait until we can host them at the main
site. However, to get things running more swiftly, and to support the
grassroots aspect of the communities, I'd rather suggest to host the
sites whereever the organizers of that user community have Web space.

We can then link to those from the site, and maybe also point to
them in DNS (like germany.muc.midgard-project.org)

/Bergie

PS. Would there be interest in a Finnish group? Nemein could provide
facilities for installfests and workshops, and also some experts to
help new users.
