I don't use SuSe, but if you installed Mysql from package, then you
rather will find this under /usr/include, that means you should take
--with-mysql=/usr/include/mysql
But search in your own directories, where your *.h files for mysql are..
Btw: There is a fresh new German speaking mailinglist - it exists for a
