[midgard-user] documentation on midgard php-installation up to date?

Is the documentation on how to install the midgard-php-module still up to 
date? When I try to make the steps described in 
http://www.midgard-project.org/req/midgard-1.4/x237.htm this will end with an 
error. Instead I've found a script called 'mkall' in the 
midgard-php-directory, which seems to work.
