Repligard -m will create the missing GUIDs (right, Alexander?) That's
a lot of non-GUID entries, BTW. This is a 1.2.5 database? But in that
case I'd expect missing guids for all resources.

If you didn't for midgard-lib, it will have defaulted to /usr/local,
and mod_midgards' configure will look there. Where did you install
midgard-lib?
