[midgard-user] Upgrade to PHP 4.0.5

Hy,

I'd like to upgrade my server to PHP 4.0.5, as i'm currently still
using RC4 of PHP 4.0.5.

Which version of Midgard do I have to use? The one from CVS or
the one from the download site?
