[midgard-user] installing midgard.

Hi,

I finally managed to get mgd working on my way to modifyed rh 7.0.5 machine
by making the lib and data modules on a different rh7.0 machine and then
moving them over. This worked. unfortunatly, this implys that I got a
seriously f... build envrioment, and I'm stating to think that this might be
blamed on rh.
