It only means that your database was inconsistent before upgrade.
I'm sure it had empty records in repligard table without corresponding
records in other tables and vice versa. You tried to use 'repligard -m' to
fix this but it generated different GUIDs for Asgard/persons/styles/pages
than in the AsgardSite-1.4.1.xml.
If you'll send me SQL dump of your DB (bzipped), I'll say more precisely.
