Replace AC_ADD_* by PHP_ADD_* in config.m4 and re-run mkall. This known
incompability in PHP4's build infrastructure introduced after 4.0.5 release.
As soon as 4.0.6 will be released (4.0.6RC2 already here), we'll change our config.m4
too.
