Ok, so while lookslikecorrectandgoodwithoutproblems replication I did:
mysqladmin create midgard
mysql midgard < midgard.sql
datavase-upgrade
repligard -m -i Asgard.xml

Well , I can install midgard 1.2.5 but I do not think
it will help me with upgrade
