Hi Thomas,
Thanks for arranging all of this stuff.
I'm not sure if you were notified, but we tentatively have a 3x3 metre booth
at LinuxTag. I'm not sure when we'll know for sure, and I still don't have
any information on what comes with the booth (tables, walls, etc.). We might
just have to improvise when we're there.

We'll also have several people with laptops that they would like to use
(including me). I think a good strategy would be to bring the monitors
for sure (they're easier to read than laptop screens), but keep the PCs in
reserve - we might not need all of them.

This is good news. The lack of detail from LinuxTag makes me a little
nervous.

We need to think about this a little, given the size of the booth. Maybe
a little Dia diagram would be useful to lay things out.

We should ask LinuxTag about this too. If we have access to the booth the
evening before the show then we should probably just go there, but if not
then doing a little prep at an office would be very useful.

I'm taken care of. I'm not sure about Emiliano.

Cool. We should probably try to arrange a loose schedule. As long as we've
got a reasonable number for each day I wouldn't stress about details too much.
We can negotiate food breaks and so on when we're there. I will be there
every day.

See my earlier comment about booth layout. I really want to have a banner
of some sort, but there's no point bringing a big banner if we don't have
a backdrop to attach it too.
I will talk to Nemein and Aurora about flyers - they already have informational
material that we should be able to borrow. HKLC should have stuff as well.
We will need to get translations done, however.

I'm in Helsinki until this evening, so getting things to you before you go
is probably not possible. Perhaps Torben can help with translations. I also
speak some German, but my technical vocabulary and grammar are somewhat lacking.
We'll figure it out, anyway.
Regards,
Ami.
