ok - you look close -

does the file 
/var/www/blobs/3/2/2da327b701905281891e1422ce199498

exist, and how big is it.. what are the permissions on it?

can you chown www-data,httpd, apache (the apache user) etc.
and cd /
cd /var/www/blobs/3/2
strings 2da327b701905281891e1422ce199498
(this will test for read access)
