[midgard-user] problem in Nadmin

What does in mean? I'm trying create new company in Nadmin.
End what I see in screen.

latest CVS from 23.06
PHP 4.0.6
Apache 1.3.14

Fatal error:
Call to a member function on a non-object
in snippet:///hklc_adminsite_host/argv0/new_company/new_company on line 28

But company have been created and I can't remove it.
The next message

can't delete company -- ucs -- 0 -- --MGD_ERR_OK

Help me please
