The snapshots are not kept at this time, new snapshots delete the older
ones. CVS does give you the option to checkout an older release. Looking
at the CVS checkin list, I'd say there's nothing changed today that would
affect your setup, so snapshots would do fine. From a bandwidth point of
view I'd suggest CVS, if you are planning to follow the development.
