I'm having the same problem here, same ldd output.
Same include apache problem (hacked -I/usr/include/apache in CFLAGS),
besides correct apxs output:
apxs -q INCLUDEDIR
/usr/include/apache
After some list history research, I've got mkall (and configure.patch) from CVS,
same results.
I've also tried snaps.midgard-project.org version, barfed with some
missing includes of auth or something.
I'm in a *BIG* urge, because our server's HD died an horrible death
and I'm running against time to put it operational again (yep, backup
was faulty, too, blah, blah, blah).
Any clues?
