[midgard-user] midgard-data.conf

After including midgard-data.conf in httpd.conf apachectl start:
Invalid command 'MidgardDatabase' .....
Invalid command 'MidgardRootFile'.....
 
apachectl start: httpd could not be started
 
what wrong?
