It's not a well-defined job. It's mostly up to the person doing it to
find out what it entails. What I hope it will include is severity
assesment, initial assignment, and followup (talking to the submittor
about suggested tests and workarounds, getting extra info, etc.),
monitoring (making sure everything gets handled within reasonable
time).
