Get rid of all those php*4.0.1pl2  versions of php , midgard 1.4.1 only 
works with 4.0.4p1 and above for php4. You have to decide if you are 
going to build this AMMP (Apache, Mysql, Midgard, Php) system from 
source or rpm, make a choice. Trying to mix and match will give you 
headaches down the road. good luck.
