Hi! I have some servers here running SuSE7.0. So, when I started setting up our webserver, I took the same distribution. But now, I only have a lot of problems. The first try failed, when I installed the old midgard from SuSE7.0. Then, I wanted to try 1.41 - so I upgraded to SuSE7.1 (so I got recent versions of mysql and apache). Now, apache doesn't work (the new one has some known problems after an SuSE-upgrade, but also the apache rpm from 7.0 isn't working). I get segfaults with every access to the server (nothing special, I just want the startpage on port 80). So, should I simply use RedHat, or Debian, or is there anybody out there running a recent version of midgard with SuSE? Thank You, CU, Lars O.
