And if I have for example a Root style element like this:

    <head>
      <title><[title]></title>
    </head>
    <body>
      <table width="100%">
        <tr height="200"><td height="200">
          <[menu]>
        </td></tr><tr><td>
          <[content]>
        </td></tr>
      </table>
    </body>
  </html

how would it look like with frames using subpages ?
