No problem, just use a MidgardDatabase directive for each.

Yes and no :) Midgard can have a admin site (or any other, but it will
have most use as an admin site) in a shared database. The downside is
that none of the current admin interfaces are compatible with that
functionality. So in practice, yes, you need an adminsite in each.
