It does'nt really matter, as long as you include it. Most people put
it alongside their httpd.conf.

The data package includes a directory 'example' and a directory
'midgard'. Copy those directories to the documentroot as specified in
your httpd.conf.

P.S.: it is very much appreciated when people use descriptive Subject
headers. For this message, a subject like "Installation help" or
"Configuring midgard" or somesuch would be more appropriate.
Furthermore, the message did not explain the nature of your emergency.
Last, and this is just a general note, WRITING IN ALLCAPS IS THE
EQUIVALENT OF SHOUTING in mail (see?) so it is best avoided unless
intentionally used so. I do not assume you meant to shout at us.
