Answering to myself:
If I put the line
$set['language']="my_language"
into the snippet hklc_adminsite_config / config, then nadmin uses the
selected language in the admin interface.
Now it is only for curiosity: why doesn't work if I put this code into
style adminsite_Master_Style / ROOT ?
