I reported several bugs to the documentation issue of the bugtracker.
They have been fixed in the CVS by enhancing the corresponding README or
INSTALL file. Both files should be natural for preliminary remarks.
Their enhancing entries may reference the manual by addressing
subchapters. However especially README should be read before the manual
just to give hints to corresponding chapters that may have changed
without updating the manual.
