Well, my problem wasn't with PHP, but there are some issues with
Repligard that I've been told are fixed in CVS. Only having access to the
nightly snapshots doesn't make me feel terribly comfortable, even if they
are stable (and some of them may very well be :)
However, I agree that if 1.4.2 isn't forthcoming, it would be a good idea
for the Midgard developers to release an interim package that they know is
at least relatively stable.
