Yes..... Do You think it is enough?
What about topics? articles?
BTW if I add user to some SG , and user is not in SGadmin group,
he can not make anything with topics and articles. 
Am I right?
On the other hand I can add user to SG admin and user can make everything with 
topics, but there is no possibility to not allow him to watch another user.
Got what I mean?
