I'm using the latest cvs sept 6 2001 11:00 am EST.
and I am getting this error from the "php4" component:

anyone know what could be causing this?
ALSO
is it just me or does it take about 8 hours for a message to get posted
on this list from the time you send it. That really slooooows development.
I may be able to host this list if a faster connection is needed.
