I got a bit further with that ! .. thanks martin .. the password to the database was wrong. (typo).
Anyway .. now the PHP pages on /admin tells me

It`s looking in the wrong place isn`t it? .. here is a "locate *midgard*"

Enabel LogLevel Debug in Apache Config and give some more Information.
Take a look into the mysql table host. Are the name entrys all right?
