I'm working on improving mod_midgard-preparser (mmp) and looking at other
venues to make mod_midgard and midgard-php4 slimmer and thereby reducing the
possibilities for problems there, moving them to midgard-lib where possible.
Midgard-lib is easier to test stand-alone.
