You'll find a repligard dump attached. I'll think about wher I'll make
this generally available if there's interest.
General notes: a lot of people will rightfully gag if they see this.
The entire site contains only one single page, the active rootpage,
which maps requests to the corresponding topics & articles. This is
pre-blobs code so I refer to images in the 'newstyle' directory; if
you want to prevent the active rootpage from trying to handle this url
too you'll have to make a non-active page called 'newstyle' which
doesn't have to contain/do anything. mmp prefers files so this is not
an issue there.
The menus and graphic 'highligting' are all automatic.
Licensing: modify & use as you please, no notice of any kind required
or encouraged, but don't paste "Copyright my-design-firm bla bla" all
over it if you're using it more-or-less verbatim.
