There shouldn't be any issues. One possible exception might be the use of attachments. Nadmin will only let you attach an item to the parent topic, while Asgard will let you attach to articles as well. Therefore, if you add attachments with Asgard, you can't remove them with Nadmin.
Another issue is that Asgard doesn't seem to have a means to edit the Calendar information -- and I've seen some inconsistencies between how the date is stored in the calstart field--should it be yyyy-mm-dd or dd-mm-yyyy?
