Here's my sources.conf :
deb ftp://ftp.se.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb ftp://ftp.se.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US contrib main non-free

Could it be that the mirror does not keep older debs?

What is the server you use?
