If I type http://localhost/admin/ I get 'the requested url /admin/ could not be found 
on this server'...
If I type http://10.0.0.3/admin/ i get in. It might be that when I set up the dbase 
with ./dbinstall I set the IP to equal 10.0.0.3
(--with-ip=10.0.0.3 )
should I have left it out/put in 127.0.0.1.
