Its best to download from CVS - We should be releasing a new version of 
php-gtk for 4.1.0 any day.
gtkhtml is now merged into php-gtk - along with pixbuf (which phpmole 
uses to browse images now)
you should also make sure you have the latest gtkhtml binaries and 
development packages - the gtkhtml API was changed slightly about 1 
month ago.

I have managed to get phpmole up on windows as well, using binaries from 
the php-gtk site + some from kromann.info/php4.php
( this currently uses a text editor, but the midgard tree is just about 
useable - havent tested the drag and drop attachment upload yet.)
