Tracked it down to

$local_id = mgd_copy_style($lastid); # This is line 90

Not being great in php I'm don't want to mess up the code.... (error was 'Wrong
parameter count for mgd_copy_style() in
snippet:///hklc_adminsite_host/argv0/new/new on line 90')
