hklc.com relies on 2 main ns server -
thecenter.hklc.com - this was hosted on an IP on a line that was cut as 
the ISP went under.
ns2.hklc.com - was at a data center - I guess that one has gone down.

I have no idea what is going on.. - you could try emailing 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or another email address on the site.
