In Nadmin you can mark pages approved or not. I know that the workflow is part of an elaborate perl scripted staging backend (that I have yet to implement) but what I want to know is if midgard enforces approvals right now ie. are pages supposed to get served if they are not marked "approved" ? It doesn't seem like midgard cares, is this the correct behavior?
