Yes, Linux OS was compared with abilities to NT so taxes was like for NT, and Star Office was compared to M$ Office, and taxes was like for M$ Office. My boss wanted to kill me for Linux installed on office boxes :) Two months ago rules changed, and I may freely use all free Linux programs.
