SG0 is something like transparent SG, and trust me better leave that SG as it is. You can not manage members and groups within SG0 for example. You may log to Your new SG cause the person You try to log was created within that SG. Not in SG0. Every person which is in SG0 has almost root privileges. That's way You have almost real "write and read" access.
