It really depends on whether you have some common elements you
want to preserve. For example, if I were making different product
sites (or Intranet, Extranet and public site) for same company,
I would handle these as child styles to preserve some common
outlook.

However, if you are talking about completely different sites
with no relation, then I'd go with separate styles.
