Unfortunately debugging the page-creation process is hard up to 1.4.2. Current CVS offers better (although certainly not perfect) tooling for this. If at all possible, install latest CVS, and we can get a way better view of things. Emile P.S., all: I'm full ready to to a release (even a beta) of what's in CVS but I need more feedback. It's been running great for me, but I've had too little time of late to be sure it would work outside my 'lab'.
