From the last few days experriences with this: 1. export sitegroup. 2. mkae new sg on the server you want it on. 3. import wiht admin*newsgname
This usually works. Make sure the new sg has a name. I've had trouble with nadmin prelication where the sg name value is not moved from the staging to live server.
