Here is an update on my problem. I have completely removed everything to do with the midgard installation from the system (mySQL, libiconv, midgard items, etc), and reinstalled it all. No errors were presented in the installation.
I am using version 1.4.2-1 for everything except the midgard-data which is the CVS release (this was to fix a different issue). Apache w/ midgard starts up perfectly. HOWEVER: When I access a page, and look at the apache logs, I am getting the following: [Tue Feb 19 10:08:22 2002] [debug] mod_midgard.c(1333): [client 206.108.198.73] Midgard: host record for mistercanoehead.bcti.net:8100 not found I have read through the group and verified that I have a matching servername in my midgard-data.conf file which is "included" in my httpd.conf file. I have a matching name in my hosts table in the midgard database. In my php error log I am getting errors such as these: [19-Feb-2002 10:38:17] PHP Warning: Undefined variable: MidgardRelogin in code-global on line 10 [19-Feb-2002 10:38:17] PHP Warning: Undefined variable: article in head-title on line 2 [19-Feb-2002 10:38:17] PHP Warning: Undefined variable: author in head-author on line 1 I don't know whether or not one is the cause of the other, but I am at a loss as to what to try next. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
