Sorry I have to resend the previous message as is.  I had to use a different 
email address.  Anway... I did as requested and this is the error I got..

What did I do wrong?  For reference I attached the previous discussion below.

?? YOu can do : 
locate apxs 
and the do 
PATH=$PATH:/path/to/apcs 
and try again
