Interesting. Hadn't thought of that. Midgard-lite indeed needs the
extension to not be loaded. Seeing this, I think it would be valid to
bring it back into midgard-root.php.

We don't want it in the manual. <[author]> used to exist, somewhere way
back at 1.1. The manual just needs a-fixin'.
