One that's not installed. I.e. all the RPMS on the site are secure as 
long as you do not install them ;)

It is possible to check md5 sums using the rpm -K command, something 
that .debs are missing.

Anyhow, rh has also issued 7.1 rpms that has been upgraded to 4.0.6, 
this it is possible to use 7.1 together with midgard.
